Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a machine’s ability to learn, create, and solve business problems closer to how a human performs. AI systems accomplish this by programs that self-teach to a variety of tasks. From playing chess, driving robots, to self-driving cars, AI has rapidly advanced more in the past decade than ever before.

The advancement happened by the enthusiastic discovery of applications of AI in various human enterprises. As a result, the technology space has revolutionized with surging AI-driven applications cutting across business domains. For example, AI tech companies now collaborate with manufacturers. They provide data science and analytical abilities to improve customer experiences, speed up product development and supply chain management.

To list a few notable jumps across industries. The traditional Brick-and-mortar retail business houses have rapidly acquired AI technology to stay ahead and engage with their customers to sell products. The auto industry has adopted AI technologies into its vehicle manufacturing core. The leading vehicle manufacturers such as Tesla employ AI to maintain and monitor EV batteries. Recently, a robot successfully performed keyhole surgery on pigs without human help.

AI-based systems perform repetitive tasks happily without needing to rest with great accuracy, a lower error rate, and quicker turnaround. However, there are considerable challenges to be overcome when deploying AI systems in ethics and privacy. Yet, the world is poised for better times if AI can be deployed productively and continues to evolve further. AI will become a vital part of human lives in the times to come. The most suitable way to prepare for this will be by investing in AI education and training.
